Fulfillment & Shipping

Fulfillment & Shipping Times 

Usually, it takes 6–12 work days to fulfill your order.

The shipping time depends on your location, but normal shipping time is 3-5 days.

Current total estimated delivery time from the place of order is 10-20 calendar days.

 

If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please contact us with your order number and we will notify you of your order status.

Product Availability
Although availability may be shown on our site, we can't guarantee product availability and products may not be available for fulfillment. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.  Of course we will do our best to prevent this!

Return & Exchange

Cancel / Change Order
If you need to cancel or change anything in your order before your order is fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible.    We will do our best to cancel your order prior to fulfillment.   

  

Exchanges
Due to changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

 

Defective / Received Wrong Item 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or as the wrong item. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We will get back to you as soon as possible!  If it is determined that the product was damaged or incorrect we will refund you the original shipping fee and we will also pay for the return shipping.

Refunds

To return an item for a refund, the item needs to meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Item must be  unworn, without any stains or damage.

If the item you wish to return meets all of the above criteria, you may proceed to return the item to us for a refund.  You will be responsible for return shipping of all returned items.  Please contact us through the contact link.  We will send you the return address to send the item.  After the item is returned in good condition, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping fee.
